Nicolò Maggiora has worked from 2007 to 2013 with Studio Bortolotti, Mathis and Associates in Turin, specializing in corporate law, national and international commercial law, private international law; from 2014 he is a member of ELEXI.
He advises Italian and foreign companies, also on a regular basis, with a specific regard to distribution, sales, agency, and franchise contracts and other issues relating e-commerce and distribution channel. He increased experience as regard domestic and international litigation (including arbitration).
He deals with "Organisational and management and control model” and adaptation to the provisions of the rules on data protection. He is a member of Surveillance Body according to Italian Legislative Decree n. 231/2001.
He is outgoing President of AGAT (Turin Young Lawyers Association).
He is a member of the Turin Bar.
